Pre-Order Cancellations

We understand plans change. You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time up until the moment your order is shipped. Once a shipping label has been created and your order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded under this policy — please refer to the Returns section below.

Returns After Delivery

Once your Creatone order has been delivered:

To initiate a return, email info@maipilates.co with your order number and a brief description. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return or approving your cancellation request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
